    Succinctly beautiful.

Treena’s words flashed a memory in me of a scene in “The Passion of the Christ” film. As Christ’s offers his life – “It is finished” – the camera quickly zooms up to an aerial view as one huge “teardrop from the Father” (my interpretation) falls. Our eyes follow its course as it splashes mightily his “Amen” on all those around the Cross and “floods” the whole world.

    So poignant.

Offense knocks you over – it lays you flat on you back – or hung on a cross. Forgiveness picks you up and sets you back on your feet so you can walk again. Like a boomerang – grace and mercy sent out always returns with peace and freedom.
